A-SMGCS is an automation system designed to facilitate ATC in ground control, also known as ground radar. The main input for this system uses MLAT, but it still requires other surveillance inputs to ensure more comprehensive data reception, such as Surface Movement Radar (SMR), Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B), and others.

A-SMGCS adalah sistem otomasi yang berfungsi untuk memudahkan ATC dalam ground control atau dapat disebut dengan radar ground. Main input sistem ini menggunakan MLAT, namun tetap membutuhkan input surveillance lainnya agar data yang diterima lebih lengkap, seperti Surface Movement Radar (SMR), Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) dan lain-lain.
